I needed to practice knitting with two colors and came up with this cheery head topper. The pattern is free but if you choose to use, please attach a link to this here blog if you post your hat online anywhere. The pattern is also available on Ravelry, my user name is Shipra. I've only knit it up twice so far and it probably needs revisions so please let me know if you run into any glitches.
Aw'right Amy, Abi, Sherrie, Bridge, and Haley, my fellow Mainly-Mental-Mainer-Mamas, this here pattern's for EWE with my love :)
The bonus is that you can use it to teach shapes to your littles. Never let it be said I never gave you anything useful!

Adorable! Both the hat and baby! Thanks for sharing.
thanks, Kerlina. If you knit it up, please send me a picture. It'd be so much fun to see your version of it.
AWESOME!!! I am psyched that you got the pattern up for others to enjoy!!! That last picture just shows how much babies enjoy life and make everyone smile! She's beautiful, the hats beautiful, her Mama's beautiful! There is just too much beauty going on here!!! I LOVE your creativity and you just always inspire me! I wanna kiss that little girl!!!!
